Directions and General Information

CTC Learning Circles, which are held every Sunday at 1:30 pm (except on days that coincide with a ritual) are usually held at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (ERUUF). Located at 4907 Garrett Road, Durham NC 27707-3443.

From the U.S. 15/501 Bypass between Chapel Hill and Durham.Turn south at the Garrett Road traffic light (toward the Darryl's resturant), go 7/10 mile south and turn left at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist sign. In the parking lot turn left and proceed to the second building (the first was The Great Hall) on the right. This is the CARE Building. Learning Circles are usually held in Room 7 of the CARE Building.

The Wheel of the Year Celebrations are usually--but not always--held at a beautiful outdoor area that CTC has been given permission to use. Here are the directions:

IN CASE OF RAIN
We will still hold the ritual outside. We have a tarp to stand under if it gets too bad.

DIRECTIONS to Kumasi Hill:
From Durham:
Take the Guess rd. exit off I85 and journey north 9.3 miles. Look for the ribbons and a CTC sign at the entrance.
Some references on the way: The last light is St. Mary's Rd. which is 2.6 miles before the site. S. Lowell Rd. is 1.4 miles before the ritual site. Little River Dr. is 1.1 miles before the driveway. A small bridge at the bottom of the valley is 0.7 miles before the driveway. When going up the other side, the county line sign ( Orange Co.) is 0.4 miles.
If you pass Hollow Oak Arabians on the right side of the road you've gone too far. New Sharon Church Rd. is 1.0 miles beyond the Site.

From Hillsborough:
Take Tyron Rd East and continue as it becomes St. Mary's Rd. and follow it 6.9 miles to Guess Rd and turn Left and follow as above. Another option is to take St Mary's Rd. 2.5 miles and turn left onto New Sharon Church Rd. and follow it 7.0 miles to Guess Rd. and turn Right and go 1.0 miles to the site on the Right.

PLEASE BRING:
A flashlight, torches, lanterns or candles in sturdy containers
A blanket or camp chair to sit on
Drums ,rattles, instruments etc.
Food and drink for the post-ritual feast
Water (there is no potable water on site)
Bug repellant
Alter items - whatever is appropriate for this Ritual. (Optional and returnable.)
Bird seed, sweet corn, suet or other treats to leave for the animals.
