About our little boy..
Chao Dee is our "fuzzy one". He is weighing in at 19 lbs. This dog is completely different from our Qin. Chao likes to
jump around like a Mexican jumping bean. Chao has not learned how
to bark yet (thank goodness).
Chao likes to pick fights with his big brother Qin Shi. Chao is an excellent swimmer. In his spare time Chao likes to take a dip at the local pond. This dog really loves to eat and drink. We are convinced he has a bottomless stomach
This past Christmas Chao learned how to open Christmas presents while I was at work. He unwrapped and consumed all 6 Christmas gifts under our tree.
Where did you get that name?
I researched the origin of the
Shih-Tzu
and discovered that they are from
China . When we first brought him home he ran to the grass and started to pull
it up from the ground and continued to do this for several minutes. I assume he was doing this because it was the first time he had been outside.
I have 2 friends name Yonghong Li and Kang Lee who helped me translate "grass" into Chinese.
Now you know that Chao Dee means Grass in Chinese. Thanks Yonghong and Kang!
