Doom Bloopers
1) When Indy makes his escape from the club in Shanghai, notice the sign outside. It reads, "Club Obi-Wan." Familiar? :)
2) Dan Aykroyd appears in Temple of Doom as Weber, the man who arranges Indy's flight out of Shanghai. You have to be fast to catch him though, there are no close ups.
3) On the plane to India, Short Round is squeezed between Willie and Indy. He says, "Lady, I can't breathe!" but his mouth doesn't move.
4) In the plane out of Shanghai, the Chinese pilots empty the fuel and jump out of the plane. When Indy realizes that the fuel is out, he watches as the propellars stop spinning. Listen to the sound effects of this--it sounds just like an effect from Star Wars.
5) In one of the last scenes, Indy is escaping from Pankot Palace, running away from Mola Ram's guards. One guard pops up with a big sword and waves it around. Indy reaches for his gun, just like a scene from Raiders. The Raider's March plays in the backround.
6) When Willie and Short Round reach the delapitated bridge, Shorty jumps up and down on the planks to show that it is safe to cross, and one of the planks breaks. Later, when the bridge is broken and lays flat against the clip face, all the boards are complete.
