days 'til my birthday :D!

7.21.03> So, its been a while. Yeah...a few months. I called the District Attorney this morning to find out about a pending case of mine and he said the date was set for July 30th and he gave me a few more details. Two things could happen; it could be remanded or it can keep forth. Anyhow. I'm 20 now. YAY. I still have one more year to go and I'll be set. I spent my birthday with my boyfriend in Raleigh. A few friends came over and we watched the Terminator movies and then he took me out to dinner and we went to see Terminator 3. It was okay. Let's just say I'm glad I saw it for free. I hadn't seen any of the Terminator movies before so it was something else for me.
So..that was my birthday. I got a few gifts; a glass chess board that I'm learning on (I don't know how to play so my boyfriend is teaching me), an adorable monkey that makes loud noises when you push its foot and some jammies and a photo album. Since I'd hadn't really purchased anything I could enjoy for myself lately, I went out and got a new digital camera. Aside from that, I've been working a lot and traveling back and forth between here and Raleigh to spend some time away from the beach.

5.25.03> Ah yes. What is that? Nothing but the sweet smell of VICTORY. Since I know my dad reads this page now, it makes it all the more sweeter that I kick him in the nuts with what I say. That's right "dad" I'm letting you know now and FOR GOOD. I hate youI can't believe you called your OWN SON a LIAR. What kind of shit is that? And me? My god. For those of you who want to know what happened: My dad threatened to kill my mom in Dec. and he assaulted me in Jan. We brought him to court, and "dad", it was not because you took the car. I could care less about that actually. It's because you came onto her property and you KNEW you were NOT allowed back on. Anyhow, he was found guilty on my charge even though he denied it. Liar. He's not allowed any form of communication with me. You are NOT my father. I hope you realize what you've missed out on because you had to try and win. And that must be why you appealed it, huh? Well, you lost your son and daughter that day.
On a lighter note, aside from that nonsense, I'm happy.
