set up in a 1-4 set vs 1-2-1-1 ,2-2-1 or 1-2-2- pressing zone defenses. 4 breaks to inbounder and recieves pass,the 1 breaks down ballside sideline,and the 2 breaks to the open court in the middle while the 5 stays still. 4 recieves pass and looks up court for the 2 or 1.If open 4 passes to them and they go hard for the hoop. If not open,4 passes to the 3 or 5. If 5 gets the ball,2 breaks sideline,1 breaks into the middle. 5 looks for the 2 on the sideline or the 1 in the middle. if the 5 gets the ball to the 2,then the 2 should break for the hoop,that will draw defenders to him,and then the 1 breaks to the hoop and should have a 2/1 break going with the 1 getting open. |
