This simple, but fast paced offense works great ,and I have seen it worked at the high school level too.Try this triangle offense against a 2-3 zone or a 2-1-2. The 3,4 and 5 have to move fast and pay attention every second. The arrows show the basic movement patterns of the triangle. The player at the top should run along the free throw line before cutting to the low block. When he arrives at the low block, player must be facing other block with his defensive player to back. When the player at the free throw line recieves pass, player must pass quickly to the other player on low block. Practice this over and over in practice and get the routine down and passes crisp and fast. |

All the players do is run around in a circle, expecting the pass anytime.Use this every now and again, and not too long at a time. You can station the 1 and 2 anywhere you can get a clear passing lane to the triangle.

here is a example of a pass to the 3 who in turn looks to pass(quickly)to the 4 or 5.3 should use a "jump hook pass"The defensive 5 will probally be nearer to the 3.
