Divide your team up in two lines,facing each other with one ball.Here,the 6 passes to the 1,and then the 6 runs behind the opposite line,the 1 passes to the 7,and runs behind the opposite line.We use good,crisp chest passes,but you can add bounce passes too.A varation is to have your players to dribble 1,2 or 3 times and pass,also another varation is to dribble with the offhand and pass.
