Players start out in 3 lines.Do this drill downcourt and back,or just downcourt. You can also adapt this drill to halfcourt and use it as a warmup drill before games. Players do not dribble except to get the layup. Players have to run hard on this at game speed. |

the 3 receives the last pass for a layup. The rest form a triangle under the basket for rebounding purposes. The trick is to catch a pass and then pass downcourt without dribbling, traveling,or stopping. All players must hustle or the drill gets out of time. |

this is a great drill for the kids to learn to pass and replace, and catch a pass and pass on the run and to not travel while doing so.
