This is done with a fast speed dribble to the free throw line[going forward],when the players reach it,they dribble backwards to the baseline they started from,and then proceed to half court line with a forward speed dribble and then bacwarks to the original baseline.Do this untill they have dribbled to the far free throw and baseline and back[backwards]. The dribble must be maintained during the whole drill,never stopping. |

there are some added variations to this. (1-)You can have then do a jump stop and then dribble backwards to the baseline. (2-)have your players dribble right handed one time,and do it again left handed. |
