the x`s are cones.The purpose is to have the players to dribble around the cones,as if the cones were opposing players.

They can do better if they stay low with the dribble,don`t dribble high.You can control a low dribble better than a high dribble.

When your players get close to a cone,they must keep their body between the ball and cone.Switch hands when approaching a cone to do so.

Go thru cones and touch the far baseline with foot and come back again doing the same as when they went thru the first time.Switch hands when they reach the baseline.Remember to have your players to switch hands and keep their body between the ball and cones.Have them try to improve their speed as they go along.
