You can seed them anyway you want.Pool Play is a good way to determine seedings.Here are a few options:
For 11 teams, use a 5 team and 6 team bracket.
For 12 teams, use two 6 team brackets.
For 13 teams, use a 6 and a 7 team bracket.
Keep adding them together for more teams and a bigger tournament.
When scheduling games using a regulation clock with 16 minute halves or 8 minute quarters,allow at least 1 1/2 hours per game.It works out right with a 7 minute halftime and 5 - 10 minute warmup between games.
