each player needs a ball. Players also need to keep head up,looking at other end of court or a coach. Space your players accordinally. Players stand still for this drill.Starting with the right hand have them dribble a low,no higher than knee level,dribble.They must push it and pull it back while dribbling so it will look like a "v" while bouncing.Hand control is learned from this.It`s harder than it looks like. Players need to have ball bouncing in a straight line too,not away from their body. To pull the ball,their hand should be a little `over center` of the ball,and to push it,the same ,but reverse.It take plenty of hand and wrist action here.Stress ball control. |

Do the right side first and then the left side.If they just have to peep at the ball or dribble a little higher than knee high thats ok untill they learn it.
