Playname : The guantlet

1 You may run this full court or 3/4 court. The object is to have 2 offensive players and 6 defensive players.[3/4 court version,8 for full court] Each defensive player and his/her team mate cannot pass the free throw line or halfcourt line.Notice they each stay in their own area. The offense must pass or dribble and pass to each other to get the ball downcourt and score.

5 You may make the players run this untill they score or switch with each defensive stop or turnover. When switching,the offense goes to the back,the front 2 defensive players play offense,everyone else shifts up..Continue untill all have had their turns or you are satisfied with their performance.
