Line your players up in as many lines as you need.Give each player a ball.Players keep feet and knees together at all times.The player passes the ball around his/her ankle area [around both legs] as fast as they can.They then move up to their knee area,while continuing passing the ball around their legs.
After that comes the waist area.Start at the bottom and work your way up or vice versa.
Change directions with the pass after completing the first set.
