In the opening contest, CCW Cruiserweight Champion Enigma defeated Ricky Star. After the match, Duke Richards rushed the ring and confronted ring announcer Tom Powell, demanding a match for that night. When Powell couldn't come up with anybody, Richards began pummeling the ringside security guards, eventually nailing two of them with his leaping DDT and busting one of them open badly.
In the next match, CCW Television Champion "Mr. Sat-day Morning" Seven defended against CCW newcomer Matt Houston. This was a good back-and-fourth match up that eventually saw the champion successfully retain his title.
In a special women's attraction, the lovely India competed in her debut match and defeated Russian ladies competitor Natacha. Both ladies fought hard and India eventually picked up the win following a bulldog headlock.
CCW Tag Team Champions the $outh$ide Playas made their way to the ring to a chorus of boos. The champs had been placed under a gag order from CCW management, following an altercation with a fan angered by their comments at the last show, so the Playas responded by bringing along a mouthpiece to do the talking for them. When the talking was finished the Playas were challenged in this non-title match by Ali Steele and Malaki, collectively known as Aftermath. The match started off fast with the Playas getting over-powered by Aftermath and taking a powder, leaving their manager alone in the ring to face the wrath of Ali's iron claw. Once order was restored, both teams fought a hard contest that saw the Playas counter the size and strength of Aftermath with speed and heel tactics. In the end, the Playas nailed the 3P on Malaki, but he had the presence of mind to roll out of the ring and avoid a pinfall. They attempted the move again on Ali Steele, but he blocked the move, causing L.A. Ca$h to go flying out of the ring and then nailing J-Money with a big spinebuster to take the victory. Good match.
In the main event, Nemesis teamed with local favorite Iron Chief to take on the B&B Wrecking Crew - Bam and Bounty, with the prevision that if Bam and Bounty were victorious, the winner of the fall would win Nemesis' CCW Heavyweight Title. Nemesis showed off his dazzling offense and kept both big men on their toes throughout the contest. Any time Chief was tagged in, he connected with thunderous chops to both opponents. Bam nailed Nemesis with a hangman submission into a high-impact reverse neckbreaker and eventually got the pinfall to win the match for his team and win the CCW Heavyweight Championship for himself. CCW returns to NEW Academy on April 6th.
