Those soldiers who have completed or who have partially completed
an Apprenticeship Program should contact the State Apprenticeship Council
in their home state for job assistance. If your state does not have a State Apprenticeship
Council, contact the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training office
in your home state. Ask the receptionist at any of the offices listed below who
the representative is in the area of the state in which you plan to live. If she is unable
to assist you, ask to speak to the individual listed listed below for each state.
The local representative in your area of the state will be able to provide
you a list of employers who participate in Apprenticeship. These will be the
higher paying employers who will recognize your credentials. If you wish a list
of only the State Apprenticeship Councils,
