GNCC Band Race

Entry is minimum of 5 bands for $50.00 to handle the Lou McElroy Memorial Race. Flyers must buy a minimum of 8 GNCC bands.
This race will be open to all flyers in the MAC, TIC, NCCPC and NC Combines.
A central site for banding, clock knockoff and figuring of the race will be determined.
1st Prize $1,000
All other prizes will be based on band sales.
Knockoff will be 9:00pm on the day of the race. AU race rules will be followed. Any disputes will be handled by the race committee. This race will be liberated with the Lou McElroy Memorial Race. Countermark capsules will be used by all clocks.
Pool board will be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 25.
Loft Calcutta after countermarking.
Race entry sheets and payments must be in to the treasurer by September 15, 1999. This will set the handler list for the memorial futurity. No late entries will be accepted. Enter on time to race. Surverys will be obtained from Bowen's Survey by the Race Secretary. After deadline has been met a flyer may purchase additional bands by forwarding money to the treasurer. Bands will be sent out on January 1, 2000.
