"Meg, my cousins are comin' here for a week, and their bringin' some of their friends. Is that ok with you?" Meggie asked her best friend.
"Sounds good to me. What are their names?" Megan asked, interested.
"Brian and Kevin. I don't know their friends names, but I know their's 4 of them," Meggie shared info with her friend. "They're really cool. Brian's 23 and Kevin's 27."
"Oh, I see. When are they comin'?"
"I gotta pick them up at the airport in 2 hours. I'm gonna get my ass in gear and start cleanin' up. You gonna come with me to pick them up?" Meggie asked, dusting the coffee table.
"I guess so. Meggie, are your cousin's hot?" Megan asked her, straight up.
"I dunno Meg, some people may say so, but I really don't have an opinion on the topic. I meam, they rae my cousins," Meggie said, hiding a smile. She hadn't told Meg that her 2 cousins were 2 fifths of the Backstreet Boys, their fave music group. Bri, infact was Meg's favorite. Meggie's was Nick, and she was hoping her cousins were bringin' him. "Look, I'm gonna clean down here, do you think you could go straighten up the guest rooms a little bit?"
" Sure, why not?" Meg said, getting her ass off the sofa. Time passed, the house was clean, and sure enough, it was time to leave to get Meggie's cousins. When they arrived at the airport, Meggie waited in front like Kev had told her to. They sat on a bench and put their discmans on. Meg started tapping Meggie on the shoulder.
Meggie looked over at her, but she couldn't hear what she was saying. She took off her headphones. "Meggie, look over there. It's the Backstreet Boys! And look, there's Aaron. Oh my God, they're comin' over here! If they talk to us, don't flip out, ok?" Megan said, smiling and bouncing.
"I'll try to contain my excitement," Meggie said, sarcastically.
"Hey Meggie, what up? Look Bri, hasn't our little cousin grown up?" Kev asked, patting Meggie's head.
Meggie swatted at his head. "Are you 2 just gonna sit their annoying me or are you gonna give me a hug and tell me who much you miss me? Oh, and introduce me to you're friends while you're at it," Meggie said, hugging her relatives.
"Oh sorry, Meggie this is Howie, Aaron, AJ and Nick," Brian introduced.
"Nice to meet you all. Guys, this is my best friend, Megan," Meggie introduced as Megan sat there with her mouth wide open. "Don't flip out now, Meg."
"What? Oh, nice to meet you all. Is everyone ready to go?" Meg asked, snapping out of it.
"Let's go," AJ said, as everyone grabbed their suitcases.
