Screams of Anger, Tears of Betrayl! Chapter 4!
Meggie walked around her house, bored out of her mind. The pugs were following her around. She grabbed the cordless and led the puppies outside. She decided to call Meg, hoping she would want to do something. "Willie, go get the ball," she said, waiting for someone to pick up.Nick smiled as he heard Meggie's sweet voice in the line. "Hello?" he said.
"Hey Nick, is Meg there?" she asked, quietly.
"Yes, she is. Would you like to talk to her?" he asked, hoping she'd decline and talk to him instead.
"Yeah, I wanna know if she want's to something," Meggie explained to him.
"Alright, hold on a sec, I'll get her. I love you." He put the phone down on the counter, and went to get Meg.
"Hey Meggie, what's up?" Meg said, once she picked up the phone.
"Ya wanna do something? I'm so bored," Meggie complained.
"Oh, ya lonely?" Meg asked.
"Yep," Meggie said.
"Hmm, wonder why that is," Meg said. "Why don't you come over?"
"Does the name Nick Carter ring any bells?" Meggie said. She was hoping Meg would force her to go over there for a get together or something.
"Nick's not even home. He just left," Meg said.
"Oh," Meggie said, disappointed. "Where'd he go?"
"I have no clue. He left in a rush. Are you gonna come or not?" Meg asked, making funny faces at Tyk.
"Yeah, I guess. Give me 20 minutes," Meggie said, before letting Meg go.
