SOAR is a 3 acre private, humanitarian facility, operated by volunteers out of love for animals. It accommodates lost, abandoned and injured dogs, cats, and various shorebirds giving our animal friends an opportunity to be loved, have a chance at life, and hopefully a new family.
Donations: $35.00 for dogs; $25.00 for cats.

We are located approximately 1.8 miles off of Airport Road in Southport. Call for an appointment, more information, or to get on our mailing list for the newsletter.
Out-of-state adoptons accessible.

There are no grants or foundations supporting our shelter. We are entirely dependent on your donations. %100 of all gifts are used to help the animals. Donations are tax deductible.
