THE SOUND OF LAUGHTER
I hear the sound of laughter,
I hear it everywhere,
It comes from all around me,
It seems it's in the air!
Wherever I am going -
Wherever I may be
It seems like it follows me
In air, on land or sea!
I love to hear the laughter
It always makes me feel
So glad God has made free;
Oh, it's a great big deal!
I hear it in the morning,
Whenever I rise up!
It seems to start the day right -
I think I'll have a cup!
All day I'm in a glad mood!
It always is just right
To end the day with laughter
And sleep good every night!
