HOPE ABANDONED
Their world can be a dark place
Cold and unkind
And trapped in this darkness
The blind lead the blind
There's an emptiness inside of them
A void they cannot fill
But still they go on searching
For a love that is real
In the past their heart's been broken
And is filled with so much pain
So many questions go unanswered
So many things left unexplained
Their walking the line
On the edge of dispair
You walk right past them unaware
