First off is Power Reserve. It consists of 1 Holographic Kangaskhan, 4 Bellsprout, 1 Gloom, 4 Nidoran(females), 2 Nidorina, 2 Oddish, 2 Weepinbell and 17 Grass Energy. That is the plant part. The Psychic part is: 4 Abra, 1 Jynx, 2 Kadabra and 11 Psychic Energy. It also includes 2 Bill cards, 2 Gust of Wind cards, 1 Pokedex card, 3 Potion cards and 1 Switch card. The Kangaskhan is the only colerless Pokemon in the deck. Heres a summary of the deck:The main goal is to have your pokemon retrieve more and more friends and family pokemon from your deck. This is done by using Nidoran(female)'s Call for Family, Bellsprouts Call for Family or Oddish's Sprout attacks. Once your bench is full, you can evolve these pokemon into Nidorina, Weepinbell and Gloom to put you in favor. Use the Abra, Jynx and Kadabra to back up your Grass pokemon.
Water Blast Deck
Now for Water Blast: It includes a Holographic Vaporeon, 4 Poliwag, 2 Poliwhirl, 1 Seel and 14 Water energy as it's water section. It's Fighting section consists of 2 Machop, 1 Rhydon, 3 Rhyhorn and 14 Fighting energy. This deck also has a colorless section. It consists 4 Eevee, 4 Meowth and 2 Persian. The trainer cards are 2 Gust of Wind cards, 2 Potion cards, 1 Prof. Oak card, 2 Super Potion cards and 1 Switch card. Heres a summary: The goal of this deck is to use the Fighting and colorless pokemon to buy time for building up your Water pokemon(preferablly one w/ a water gun attack. You could also build up higher forms of your Pokemon to help you win, such as Rhyhorn to Rhydon or Meowth to Persian.
Zap Deck
Heres the ZAP pak: The psychic part consists of: 16 psychic energy, 3 Abra, 1 Kadabra, 3 Gastly, 2 Haunter, 2 Jynx, 2 Drowzee and 1 Holographic Mewtwo. The Electric part consists of: 12 Electric energy, 3 Magnemite and 4 Pikachu. The trainer cards are: 2 Bill, 2 Gust of wind, 2 Switch, 1 Super Potion, 1 Potion, 1 Defender, 1 Prof. Oak and 1 Computer Search. The goal of the the ZAP pak is to paralyze, confuse, put to sleep or disable your opponents pokemon. This will relieve you of most damage. If you add 1 Raichu and 2 Electabuzz it will power up the deck well.
Blackout Deck
Here is Blackout. The water part consists of: 12 Water energy, 3 Staryu, 4 Squirtle and 2 Wartortle. The fighting part consists of: 16 fighting energy, 4 Machop, 2 Machoke, 3 Sandshrew, 3 Onix and 1 Holographic Hitmonchan. And to top it off it includes 2 colorless Farfetch'd cards. The trainer cards are 4 Energy Removal, 1 Super Energy Removal, 1 Gust of Wind, 1 Plus Power and 1 Prof. Oak. The main goal of Blackout is to limit your opponent to energy cards so that they are practicly unable to attack. Do so by using energy removal cards. You can also add more powerful evolved pokemon such as Starmie and Blastiose.
Overgrowth Deck
Heres the Overgrowth Deck. The grass part consists of 16 Grass energy, 4 Weedle, 2 Kakuna, 1 Beedrill, 4 Bulbasaur and 2 Ivysaur. The Water part consists of 12 Water energy, 4 Staryu, 3 Starmie, 2 Magicarp and 1 holographic Gyrados. The Trainer cards are: 2 Super Potion, 2 Switch, 2 Gust of Wind, 2 Bill and 1 Potion. The main goal of Overgrowth is to overcome your opponent by using highly evolved forms of your pokemon. To power up your deck it would be a good idea to put in a Venasaur and a Pokemon Breeder to help you get your evolved forms battling faster.
Brushfire Deck
Heres Brushfire. It's Fire section consists of 18 Fire energy 4 Charmander, 2 Charmeleon, 2 Growlithe, 1 Arcanine, 2 Vulpix and 1 holographic Ninetales. It's grass part consists of 10 Grass energy, 4 Nidoran (males), 4 Weedle and 2 Tangela. The trainer cards are: 1 Pluspower, 3 Potion, 1 Gust of Wind, 1 Switch, 1 Energy Removal, 2 Energy Retrival and 1 Lass. The main goal of Brushfire is to attack your opponent hard and fast doing lots of damage and striking fast. To power up the deck you can add 2 Magmars enabling you to do 50 damage in 1 attack. You could also add a Charizard.
