Why Baking Soda?

This is the lesson we learned in middle school. Baking soda is the most useful product in the world, and is also the Official Baking Product of the Olympic Games. The world would be one huge fire hazard without baking soda to protect us. In light of the importance of baking soda, I'm starting a list of uses for baking soda on this page. The amazing things baking soda can be used for:
- Freshen up your sock drawer.
- Dry-clean your dog.
- Keep your refridgerator smelling clean.
- Bake with it.
- Put out grease fires with it.
- Eat a box of it and drink some vinegar.
- Make cool chemical reactions (see above).
- Use it for fake snow in The Empire Strikes Back.
- Clean your carpet with it.
- Put it on bee stings.
- Poke it.
- Use it as the basis for cheap, pointless films in Home Ec. class.
- Throw it at burglars to blind them.
- Put it on your hands while playing coneball for a better grip.
- Sell half-used boxes of it at garage sales.
- Baking soda toothpaste.
- Baking soda deodorant.
- Baking soda toilet paper.
- Baking soda mouth wash.
- Baking soda shampoo.
- Baking soda soap.
- Baking soda chewing gum.
- Use for cruise missile fuel.
- Baking soda-powered aircraft carriers.
- Used to put out the Kuwait oil field fires.
