6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
Buttermilk syrup:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Confectioner's sugar
Place eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour the butter into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish; add the batter. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the first five syrup ingredients; bring to a boil. Boil for 7 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Dust pancake with confectioner's sugar; serve immediatly with the syrup.
NOTES : Syrup also good on waffles and french toast.
Combine first five ingredients; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour half into greased 13 X 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with half of the graham cracker crumb mixture. Carefully spoon rest of batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Combine sugar and milk, drizzle over cooled cake.
Ham and Cheese Pie

1 cup diced fully cooked ham
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
5 bacon strips -- cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 cup milk
1/4 cup biscuit mix
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a greased 10 inch pie plate, layer first 6 ingredients. Place remaining ingredients in blender in order given; blend for 30-40 seconds. Pour over mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
2 eggs -- beaten
Combine all dry ingredients. Preheat electric skillet to 380. Add butter and milk to eggs, blend. Add dry ingredients. Stir just to dampen(not too much). Adjust milk so the batter is thin enough to pour.
Quick Cherry Turnovers

1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
1 cup cherry pie filling
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Unroll dough and sepererate. Marke 4 squares. Roll them out a little. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon 1/4 c. pie filling in each, seal with fork around edges. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over turnovers.
Quickie Hollandaise Sauce
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly.
