Initially hired as a Contractor to develop the Master Domain and 3 Tier Support Program for the Prudential Corporation then Promoted to Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
1st - Project Manager for the transfer of 280 Programmers to IBM in Jacksonville FL, 380 in Roselands NJ, & 250 employees in Minneapolis, MN.
2nd - Project to migrate 1100 remaining Prudential employees to Windows NT 4.0 from multiple operating systems, centralizing to SNA services and enabling DHCP and WINS.Provided Standardization Procedures for Prudential Insurance Company on Windows NT.
3rd Project - Assisted in the Design of a 3000 sq. ft Communications Center in Houston Texas.
4th Project - Rebuilt the existing LAN for relocation of Programmers to IBM at Pinebrook.
