(in this case, no e-mail please)To obtain the service, print out the FORM then fill out the form, fax it to us at 919-3836384 (Fax, Tel same line, press *** after the message for fax or just send fax) or mail to 1315 Morreene Rd #24k, Durham NC 27705. After we receive your application, we will give you an e-mail confirming receipt of your form, and after 7-10 working days, you can begin to use it from the registered phone. Although you need to register the phone number you will be calling from, you can call any number in the world (great rates only to Beijing, HK at this moment).

After 7-10 working days of receiving your order, the service can be accessed by dialing (1 888 775-0055). If the phone that you are calling from is registered with us, a second dial tone is presented. Once you have the 2nd dial tone, use it right at the 2nd dial tone as if you are using ATT or MCI. For Beijing, 011 86 10 xxxxxxxx.
We want to be honest with you. When at peak time (many people trying to use it) sound quality is Not 100% percent of the time good. However, you can still use your original LD and pay 71 cpm (or whatever) for the calls, and also based on the response from users, we do have close to 90% satisfied users. Most of them say "not bad", or "at this rate, it is a good deal", "we could have good conversation". However, not everyone's standard is the same. But one thing for sure, our carrier is committed to provide good quality VOI. When more hardware, or software is needed, our carrier will keep improving it. Our carrier is not a one-person company. It is a world-wide, facilities based carrier. Our carrier put out the product, and it will make it better!
If you really want to cancel the service, just call an 800 number. Once we receive your order, we will e-mail you an 800 number for customer service, if you don't' like the service, just call and cancel the service. No strings attached!

1. Q. Can I use the service from the University Dorm?
A. Yes or no. If you have to dial an extra digit to get an
Outside line, you can't use it. If you have a direct line,
then you can register it with us then use it. However, you can
only pay by credit card since the phone number does not belong
to you.
2. Q. Is there an extra minute connecting fee when using the service?
A. No, it charges you only for the usage time in minute.
3. Q. Do they have an 800 telephone that I can call to ask questions?
A. Yes, also you can ask us questions via e-mail. You will have the
800 number after you fax or send in the application.
4. Q. Do I need to switch my long distance carrier to get the service?
A. No, it is a stand alone, add on service. You can keep your ATT, MCI etc.
5. Q. Why do you need my social security number?
A. We only need your social security number for credit checking only.
We do credit check since you use the service first and pay
it later. This is a good way to keep bad debt as low as possible
so we can give you the best rates.
6. Q. How long is the rate good for?
A. Unlike the big three phone companies, it is the regular rate for
The service. It should not change in a short time. When the rate changes,
customers will be informed in the monthly statement.
7. Q. If I don't use it, do I have to pay any fee?
A. There is NO monthly fee. So you don't need to pay anything. If one day a monthly fee is required, you will be informed in the mail if you use it every month.
8. Q. I am worrying about giving out my credit card number. Is it safe?
A. You give us credit card number just like you go shopping and use
your credit card. They have your number too. We will not
charge to your account unless you use the service.
9. Q. How much is the tax?
A. It varies from state to state. Normally it is 3%. Ask your local
phone company for detail. It should be the same as if you were
using ATT, MCI or Sprint. Where we are (NC), it is 3% FCC tax for
International and interstate calls. Other state may charge higher.
However, the rate before tax is the same.
10. Q. When does the no-monthly-fee 30-day period start?
A. It starts on the day you are approved.

As you can see, the saving comes from the internet part over the long distance pacific ocean where high speed data connection is used to save transmission time thus money. While the technology has been available between computers with sound cards for some time, it has only recently become available on a "phone to phone" basis. The technology enables extremely efficient transmission of sound, which significantly lowers the cost of transmission when compared to the costs of a traditional public network. Our carrier is the first telecommunications carrier to offer the service to international destinations.Depending upon the destination country, the sound quality is nearly the same as that experienced today on the public network. Service Availability
At initial launch our carrier's "Voice Over Internet" Service is available to five international destinations: Israel; Sao Paolo, Brazil; Cali and Bogota, Colombia, Hong Kong, Moscow, Russia and Beijing, China. The service is available from any point in the continental U. S. through casual access only. Casual access means that the customer can use our service without switching carriers.
