Make a note telling us which card you want, and how many cards (PINs).
We will e-mail (or postal mail) you the PIN after your check is cleared. If you are our
old customers, we may e-mail you the PIN as soon as your check is here.
1. Q. How long is the rate good for?
A. The rate should not change in a short time manner. You should
be able to use it at the same rate until all the minutes are used up. In
case a rate change within 30 days after your purchase, we will give you
a credit equal to the difference torward your next purchase. After
30 days, there is no rate guarantee. However, these cards come from
stable carriers. For example, the satellite has been around for more
than a year, and the first PIN issued back then is still usable today at
the same rate. Don't need to worry too much about the rate change.
2. Q. Do you have any warranty on the cards?
A. Our warranty is 30 days from the PIN issuing day. If the card
should have problems within the 30 days, first we will contact the carrier
and find out why. Most of the time, it is only technical problems.
It should be back on normal in 2-3 days. If it is a bad card, we
will replace it with a similar card, or refund the remaining balance to
you at our choice. After 30 days, we will only help you contact the
carrier, and try to get it right for you, but no guarantee we can get your
money back after 30 days. It is a prepaid service. Please purchase
approximate 30-day worth of phone card you need so you are covered by us.
3. Q. What is the billing units?
A. All the card has a one-minute billing unit.
4. Q. Can I use it from the school dorm?
A. Yes, you can use it from any lower 48 US states touch tone phone.
5. Q. Is there a payphone surcharge?
A. No, there is no.
6. Q. Is tax included?
A. Yes, the cost/card is what you pay.
7. Q. Do you accept credit card?
A. NO, normally credit card company will charge processing fee. There is a saying,
"Wool comes from sheep", we would like to give you the best rate as much as possible
so we don't take credit card.
