The inspiration for this scenario was taken from GDW's Twilight:2000. The setting is after a nuclear war on earth. Two gangs are fighting over disputed turf and it must be something big, because tonight the Shock Units from each gang - the elite fighters - have come out to battle each other.
The urban setting is a city street with run down buildings on either side with narrow alleys going between them. Each Gang's Mob sets up on the opposite end of the street from each other. The Shock Unit will enter the board on friendly end of the street 1D4 turns into the game (roll separately for each side).
One side must drive the enemy gang's Mob off the board. All units start out confident. A Mob will start leaving when it's morale drops to shaken unless the shock unit is with them. Nothing will stop them from leaving if morale drops to broken or lower.
