Having decided to build a small castle for the fantasy games, I started doing some research. I like the look of the Norman castles in Wales, and plan on doing something similar, though on a smaller scale (no pun intended). So far I have built the main structure of the west wall which will overlook the river that flows past the castle at the bottom of a cliff. This wall is almost 50 scale feet long and has round towers at each end.
If I enter this into the dwelling competition on TG, I'll need to include a detailed interior. Good examples are given in this page with facts about castles.
