**Festival Guidelines**
The Yadkinville Jaycees ask that you abide by the following guidelines to partisipate in the festival.
All entries are subject to these rules.
1. The cost per space is $25.00. Booths requiring electrical hook-up will be charged an additional $5.00. The Yadkinville Jaycees DO NOT provide tables, tents, or drop cords.
2. Registrations should be completed and returned with fees before September 4, 2001. After this date at $15.00 late fee will apply. Unregistered vendors setting up on the day of the festival will be charged $50.00 per booth and may be limited by availability.
3. Because of limited space, only items of a delicate nature will be allowed inside the courthouse. Food vendors will not be allowed to set up in this area.
4. Vendors are asked not to sell any items that will produce litter or make disruptive noise.
5. Vendors WILL NOT be allowed to drive stakes into the pavement for tents.
6. All vendors are asked to report to festival authorities (The Yadkinville Jaycees) before 8:00a.m. on the day of the festival. Vendors should be set up and ready for business by 8:30a.m. and remain in place until the festival closes.
