To all to whom these presents Shall Come Know ye that I Stephen BROOKS SENR of the Province of afsd. for and in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty pounds of Lawfull money of North Carolina to me in hand paid by John FARROW the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself thereunto to be fully Satisfyed Contented and paid Have Bargained and Sold and by these presents do Grant Alien Enfeoff & Confirm to the sd. John FARROW Planter his heirs Excrs., Admrs., and assigns fifty Acres of Land Lying and being in Aramatsceet in Hyde County Beginning at a Seder stake on the Said FARROWs one patten and runing a west Corse along his one Line to a mapel in a branch being the sd. BROOKS Corner tree and runing along the sd. BROOKS Line the Same Distance as on FARROWs Line to Contain fifty acres of Land and then a strate Corse to the first Station with all Edifices and all the appertanances belonging to the sd. piece of or parcel of Land to Have and to hold the above Granted and all the sd. premises to him the sd. John FARROW and his heirs Excrs. Admrs. Or assigns forever to his and there proper use Benefit and Behoof freely and Clearly the Kings Dues only Excepted and further I the said Stephen BROOKS Doue Covenant and agree to and for myself any heirs Excrs. Admrs. To warrant the Said of the above mentioned Land and premises unto the Said John FARROW his heirs and assigns against one my heirs Executors Admrs. or assigns and all other person or persons whatsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 29 Day of May and in the fifteen year of his Majestys Reign 1775.
