State of North Carolina Hyde County } This Indenture made this 9th day of November 1808 - Between James BRIDGMAN of the Aforesaid State and County of the one part and Green CARROWON of the other part Witnesseth that I the said James BRIDGMAN have bargained & Sold unto the said Green CARROWON a certain peice or parcel of Land lying & being on the Et. Side of Swanquarter bay in the County aforsd. Begining at the road and runing with the devision lines between William CARROWON & Job TULEY No. 50 Et. 170 po. to the back line of SMITH's patent then So. 25 Et. to this corner of SMITH's patent then So. 40 po. to the road then with the road to the begining to include Seventy five Acres more or less with all & Singular the Privileges thereunto belonging for the Sum of Four Hundred pounds to me in hand paid before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents and I the said James BRIDGMAN do Warrant and defend the said bargained land from me my heirs & Excrs. Admrs. and Assigns and from all other persons whatsoever laying any right or Title thereunto to the sd. Green CARROWON & his heirs & Excrs. Admrs. and Assigns to Cultivate and Improve as he or they shall see fitt - In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my Seal this day & year above Writen

THIS INDENTURE made the twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one between James BRIDGMAN of the one part and Samuel WILLIAMSON SR. both of the state of North Carolina and County of Hyde of the other part, WITNESSETH that the said James BRIDGMAN for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five pounds to me in hand paid by Samuel WILLIAMSON at and before sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said James BRIDGMAN doth hereby acknowledge myself therewith to be fully satisfied, contented and paid hath bargained and sold, conveyed and confirmed and by these presence doth bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said Samuel WILLIAMSON his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece or parcel of land situate in the County of Hyde lying on the Souths side of Mattamuskeet lake on the west side of the huron bay, beginning at a sycamore, post at James MASONs southern corner on the Lake running with said MASONs line North seventy nine West eighty poles to a black gum then South six West one hundred and twenty five poles to the lake to a cypress then with the windings of the lake to the beginning, containing fifty four acres to have and to hold the said bargained land together with all and singular the privileges, and appertenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Samuel WILLIAMSON his heirs and assigns forever and I the said James BRIDGMAN for myself my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns the said bargained land and premises with the appertainances unto him the said Samuel WILLIAMSON his heirs and assigns doth warrant and will forever defend by these against the claim or claims any person or persons claiming the same or any part thereof. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixed my seal the day and year above written.

This Indenture made this 20th Day July 1807 Between James BRIDGMAN of the one part and Green CARROWON of the other part Both of the County and State aforesaid Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to me in hand paid Before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge myself therewith to be fully satisfyed Contented and paid, have Bargained and Sold Conveyed and Confirmed unto Green CARROWON and his heirs forever a certain piece or parcel of Land Situate and lying Between Juniper Bay and Mattamuskeet lake Begining at a marked Maple Green CARROWON's corner Runing East one hundred and sixty poles then North ninety one and a half poles then west one hundred and Sixty poles then South to the Begining to have and to hold the said Bargained Land and premises for Ninety one and a half acres and I the said James BRIDGMAN do forever Warrent and defend the aforesaid Bargained land and premises with all the appertanances and priviledges thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining from me my heirs and assigns or any other person or persons Claiming any Right or title thereunto unto the said Green CARROWON his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixt my seal this day and year

In the Year of our Lord 1806 between James BRIDGMAN and his Wife Elizebeth and Avery WILLIAMSON and Mary his Wife and Elenor SWINDELL of the one part and Green CARROWON of the other part Witnesseth that the said James BRIDGMAN and Elizebeth his wife Avery WILLIAMSON & Mary his Wife & Elenor SWINDELL have bargained sold Conveyd unto the said Green CARROWON a certain peice or parcel of Lands lying and being between the head of Juniper bay and the South side of Mattamaskeet Lakes and lying on the popler Ridge - Begining in the Middle line of the patent and then with this Various Courses to include Twenty five Acres of Land with all previliges thereunto belonging for the Sum of Twenty five Dollars to them in hand paid before the Ensealing and delivery of these pre.s and we the said Jms. BRIDGMAN & Elizebeth his wife Avery WILLIAMSON & Mary his Wife & Elinor SWINDELL do Warrant and forever defend the S.d bargained Prems. free & Clear from us our heirs Ecrs. Admrs. of Assigns unto the said Green CARROWON & his heirs or Ecrs. Admrs. of Assigns forever to Cultivate and improve as his shall see fit In Witness hereof we have hereunto set our hands & Seals this day & Year above Writen
