I'm so glad that you could join me today as I hope to take you on a very scenic tour of the beautiful state of North Carolina. We have something for just about everyone here...majestic mountains to the West and beautiful beaches to the East, rolling hills and just plain flat land in the Piedmont. And of course, we have lots of lakes, streams and trees.
There has been a population explosion in the state in the past ten years and I suspect that it's mainly due to the "Yankees" that keep moving down here. No offense intended ---grin--- ! It's just that y'all seem to have a nack for knowing a good thing when you see it.
