Now, it's come to my attention that it has been announced publicly TWICE that Nick is now single. The first announcement of this was made by Kevin on a news show that was broadcast in Chicago I believe. He and Howie made the appearance and when asked about the girlfriend status, Howie offered that he was involved and Kevin did the same. Kevvy Kev took things a step further and said, "Nick's single!" That would be enough to tip me off that it's pretty accurate information since they seem to be more public with things now than what they were earlier in their careers. Either that or Nicky put Kevvy Kevy up to the little stunt so he could get some from awaiting fans that night! LOL!

The second piece of public information is that which is contained in the most recent issue of Entertainment Teen. There is an entire page article about Nick's broken heart. I tend to be a bit leary of magazines like this. I view it as a way for them to highly profit. They know that a vast community of Nick lovers would grab this magazine in a second as soon as they saw that there was an exclusive story about him breaking up with his girl. It worked on me, didn't it? LOL!

So basically, it's kinda in the air right now. From the info we've been fed so far, it seems Mandy is out of the picture. Well, romantically speaking at least. I'd hope he'd be able to maintain a friendship with someone he spent that much time with.

As far as Mandy "the girl" goes, I don't know much about her. I know she's an aspiring singer and part-time tour buddy to Nick. Does that count as vital information? ;o)
