Jenna hung up the phone. She had just finished talking with the nurse of a doctor that she was going to see in less than an hour to make the paternity test. She sighed. She was going to have to tell Nick. She walked out of her hotel room and ran smack into Nick.
"Oh sorry," Jenna said.
"It's okay. So did you call the doctor?" he asked. She nodded.
"I have an appointment in less than an hour. I was about to go. Do you wanna go?" she asked. He nodded. They started to head towards the elevators.
Three hours later, the doctor came out with the results.
"Here are your results, Mrs. Carter," the doctor said. Jenna took the results from the doctor's hand.
"Thank you, Doctor."
They left the clinic, and were soon in the car.
"Um, Jen? I think you should open it now," Nick suggested, tense. Jenna nodded reluctantly. She opened the results, and stared down at it.
"What does it say, Jen? What does it say?" Nick asked, anxiously. Jenna looked up at Nick.
