Eric slammed his fist into Crystal's face, making her fly backwards and fall flat on her back, hitting her skull on the bed rail in the process. She was out cold, but Eric continued to kick her more fiercely than he had the night before.
"Hey!" Josh cried, moving into action after being struck dumb by what was happening. He pushed Eric away from Crystal's still form, but all he got was a punch to the nose, that he knew had broken it. Blood started to pour freely down Josh's nose.
"You bastard! Who the hell do you think you are?" Josh cried.
"Her father! So don't intefere! And get the hell out of my house!" Eric screamed, clenching his fists.
"No!" Josh protested. "I'm not going to let you abuse my girlfriend!"
"Your girlfriend? Would a girlfriend curse you out, huh, Josh?" Eric snickered.
"Oh, just shut the hell up! I'm taking her, because I'm not letting you hit her anymore!" Josh said.
"No you're not! She's my daughter! I'll have you arrested!" Eric warned.
"Arrested? Me? Ha! You're the one who deserves to be thrown in jail for what you're doing! In fact, I think I'll call the cops right now!" Josh said, walking towards Crystal's phone.
"Oh, no, you're not!" Eric said. He grabbed Josh by the head and slammed it against the wall, repeatedly smashing Josh's head against the wall until he slumped over. Eric let him go, and he instantly fell to the ground. Then, he turned back to Crystal and started to vent out his anger again. He kicked her over and over again. Then, unsatisfied, he picked up her lifeless body and threw her on the bed and jumped on top of her. Now he started to punch her face.
"Die, bitch! Die! You don't deserve to live! I'm gonna kill you!" Eric screamed, getting pleasure from beating her up.
Amanda heard what Eric was saying. She couldn't stand it anymore. He was going to kill her precious daughter. She opened up Eric's nightstand and extracted his gun. She walked out of the room and into Crystal's. She saw what Eric was doing to her daughter. Pure rage and hatred consumed her. She raised the gun.
"Eric! Stop it right this instant before I kill you!" Amanda cried, her body trembling. Eric just laughed, but he jumped off the bed.
"Go ahead, honey. Shoot me!" Eric said. "I dare you!"
Amanda cocked the gun, aimed at his heart, and pulled the trigger.
