Derek Powers is one of the most powerful men in Gotham city, he is the head of Wayne-Powers. But Powers has a secret, he is the villain Blight, a raidoactive being created by the nerve gas spill created by Batman.
Powers now has to live concelled in a fake skin to live in everyday society. He lived secretly like this untill he brought his son Paxton Powers into the main scene who betrayed him without thought, and after he went into hiding because of the betrayal of his son, he disapeared later because his hide out was a nuclear sub that went down after a fight with Batman, his body was never found
