*The Next Morning*

"Look at them Sue. We can't wake them," Jane smiled.

"Well, me and Ali do have to run, I'll just pick her up and go." Ali's mom gently picked Ali up.

"Hi mommy! I made it through my first camp out!"

"I can see that. GOod job. We have to go Ali so lets get your stuff."

"I wanna stay with Nick," she whined and wiggled to get free.

"Honey, we're meeting daddy for breakfast."

"Can Nick come?" Sue looked at Jane for approval. Jane smiled and woke Nick up gently.

"Sure."

"Great! Nick, c'mon! We're going out to breakfast!" Ali cheered.

"Okay," he yawned.

*At The Restaurant*

"I want pancakes!"

"I want waffles!"

"Your hair is all wrong," Ali told Nick.

"Then will you fix it for me?" She grabbed a bottle of syrup, stood up in the booth, and poured it all over his head.

"Alison!" her dad scolded.

"Just wait, it'll look good!" she took a fork and combed his hair into a spiky style, "There!"

"I'm all sticky!"

"Tom, we better leave. He needs to be cleaned up."

"No, it looks good!"

"Alison, we're going," her dad picked her up.

"I wanna walk with Nick!" she whined. Her dad placed her on the ground.

"They're inseperable," Sue whispered to her husband.

"They'll be married as soon as they can be," he chuckled back.

"Ali, you wanna swim at my house today?"

"I don't know how to swim. Well, unless I wear my floaties."

"That's fine."

"Okay then."

"That's how I'll clean off this syrup," he laughed.

*At Nick's Pool*

Nick and Ali were both swimming around. Ali's parents had gone home and Bob was left to watch them, but went inside to watch a football game.

"Ali, you want to learn how to swim? I can teach you."

"Okay," she took her floaties off.

"Jump in and kick," he told her. She nodded and did just that, but she didn't stay up. THe more she kicked the more she went under the water, "Ali?" Nick called. He jumped in and grabbed her. He brought her up to the surface. Ali was crying as she got out.

"I hate swimming," she told Nick.

"Ali, I'll help you this time. Lets try it again," he hugged her, "Don't cry...your mom would be mad at me."

"I won't go in again. The pool tried to swallow me up!"

"I wont' let it, c'mon, I'll hold you up."

"Okay," she slowly walked in and Nick took her waist in his hands.

"I've got you now go under."

"Oh...kay," she put her head an inch under, "I did it!" she squealed.

"Good job!" Nick was happy for her. He leaned in quickly and kissed her lips.

"What'd you do that for?" she asked confused.

"Its another way to say good job."

"Oh..well, thank you then."

"Welcome!"
