~2 hours later we walked downstairs and ready to go~
"WOW!! Who's this totally charming lady?" Mark, Crystal's twin brother asked.
"You don't recognize her!?!??!" she asked in shock "It's Meghan!!!"
"Meghan??!?!" he said surprised.
"Yes" I replied.
"Wow, you look great, stunning" he was wordless "Maybe I'll join you later in the club to keep an eye in you both" he said.
"Ok Mark, now we have to go. See ya, bro" Crys said.
"Bye, Mark" I said smiling at him, I have to say that my braces were removed last week and I was feeling more comfortable and smiled more.
"My God your brother didn't recognize me, do you think he was telling the truth?" I asked.
"I think so, if he didn't recognize you it means that the plan is working!!!" she said really excited as we drove to the club.
~ 10:30 at the club~
"Crys, I'm really nervous. I feel all the eyes on me" I said.
"Don't worry about that act like you are the only person here. Be confident, besides you look good so people should stare at you!!" she said and we both laughed which helped me relax. I was wearing black leather tight pants (in which I didn't feel really comfortable), a silver tube top, glitter all over my body, I was feeling weird but at the same time confident. I remembered what Crys told me earlier "We're going to have fun, OK? So forget about Nick-jerk and have fun" and that's what I'm going to do.
I was sitting by the bar while Crystal danced with some guy from school that she liked. A couple of guys asked me to dance but I turned them down, and I don't know why because I was there to have fun.
"What's a gorgeous girl like you doing here all alone?" a familiar voice that sent shivers through my spine asked. I turned around to see Nick standing really close to me.
"Uhhhh nothing" I answered. "My God he didn't recognize me!!!" I thought.
"Like I said, nothing" I replied playing hard to get as Crystal had instructed me.
"Wanna dance?" Nick asked.
"Of course" I replied smiling.
"Do I know you?" he asked. I got a little tense.
"I doubt it" I answered as he led me to the dance floor. First I was a little bit nervous and tense but then I relaxed when I let the music flow through my body and I saw Crys smiling at me. We danced like crazy, sometimes Nick pressed his body against mine but I slightly pushed him away smiling.
"You have a beautiful smile" he whispered in my ear.
"Thanks" I answered.
"And a great body he said pulling me closer to his body. I couldn't believe that the guy that used to tease about the way I looked in school was now hitting on me. "I'm tired. I'm gonna get a drink" I said leaving him alone in the dance floor and grabbed my drink when I spotted Mark, walking my way.
"Who's that guy you were dancing with?" he asked.
"That's Nick. I've been in love with him for 3 years, but he used to tease me, because I'm geeky and now that I change my looks, he starts hitting on me, but I'm the same person in the inside, you know?" I said.
"Well, first of all you're not geeky and second it's good that you did the makeover and still be the same person. Now lets dance!!!" Mark said pulling me to the dance floor. We started to dance in a very sexy and provocative way, but we both knew that we were just friends; besides I was doing that because I saw Nick checking me out the whole time Mark and I danced.
"Wow, Mark, that was nice" I said.
"Yeah, cool. Look my friends are calling me, I have to go, bye" he said in a hurry.
"Thanks, Mark" I said walking to the bar where I spotted Nick.
"Hey" I said.
"Hey" he replied.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Who was the guy you were dancing with?" he asked.
"A friend" I said knowing what he wanted to do "Wanna dance again?"
"Sure" he said. This time we danced sexier, closer, almost undressing ourselves. I spotted Crystal and pointed the clock because it was time to leave; but before leaving I wanted to do something. I pulled Nick closer to me and kissed him passionately and intensely.
"Wow" he said.
"I have to go now" I said.
"Where can I see you again?" he asked.
"Around" I answered.
"What's your name?" he asked.
"Meg" I said "Meghan Harrison". He froze and looked like he had seen a ghost when he heard my complete name, but I just smiled at him, turned around and leave.
"How was your night?" Crystal asked me.
"You won't believe what happened!!" I said really excited and told my friend everything that happened. Even though inside me I was really happy for what happened I was not being completely myself in a way.
"I can't believe, you did that!!" Crys said really surprised.
"Well, I'm gonna teach him a lesson" I said.
"And your night Crys?" I asked my friend.
"Oh, well David and I are a couple now!!" she answered excited.
"Hey, that's cool. Congratulations" I happily said to my friend and we kept talking about our night.
