(Almost two weeks later. He has not heard from Daisy in several days)
Nick and Brian are sitting in Nick's living room. It is about 10 o'clock at night. Nick's door bell rings. Slowly he gets up. And makes his way to the door. When he opens it the police greet him.
"Come in please." Nick lets them in. "Any news on my brother?" he asks taking them to the living room.
They sigh and take off their hats. "We are sorry Mr. Carter, This is not a good visit, I'm afraid we have some bad news. Maybe you better sit down."
Nick's legs buckle and he falls to the couch.
"We found your girlfriend early this evening. She was murdered. Two marks on the left side of her neck. Her eternal organs were lying next to her on the ground, her blood was drained and she was completely hollowed out." said the officer on the left.
" Oh God, Daisy." he whispered. He felt ready to throw up, slowly he covered his mouth.
"We also found this.". They handed him a letter.
Nick, See what you have done? She was your flower, her love was the only thing to keep you safe. She is gone now, and nothing can stop me from taking you into eternal bliss. Try anything and this shall happen with your young sibling. Yours forever, Scarlet.
"We are sorry Mr. Carter." the officer on the right replied. "We are doing everything we can to find this women.".
Nick nodded. " Yes sir I understand thank you.". He let them out and locked his door.
Slowly he slid down the door and sat on the floor. "Nick what is going on?" Brian asked kneeling in front of him.
" It's just like Aaron's story, Scarlet, The Vampires. Everything." he whispered.
"Nick, that was just a story a ten-year-old boy made up." Brian insisted.
"No its not, it's real."
"Nick are you sure, Maybe Aaron is just having someone scare you." Brian said helping his friend up.
"No Brian it's too... complex for him. He would never do anything like this. I need somebody to help me save him... I know how to find him." Nick insisted.
"Nick I'll help you. What can I do?" Brian asked as they returned to the living room.
"First you have to believe me, about everything, the vampires, the dreams, everything."
Brian nodded slowly. "Okay, I believe you"
Nick smiled sadly. "Now I sleep.".
Brian gave Nick a confused look. "Why?"
"Because that's the only time I see them. In my dreams. But first call AJ. Were going to need his help too.". Nick jogged up the stairs as Brian dialed AJ.
About a half an hour later. Nick was sleeping and Brian was on the left side of his bed and AJ was on the right. "Brian, why are we believing this?" AJ sighed.
"Because this might be our last hope to find Aaron. Maybe Nick's right.".
Suddenly Nick began tossing and turning. " He sees her..." Brian whispered.
In the Dream...
"Aaron!" Nick screamed.
"Nick, no, You have to leave." the little boy whispered. There were holes in his pants, cuts through his flesh. He was pale and weak. And looked exhausted.
"Aaron what's...". A great wind swept through the room. Scarlet was behind him. "Scarlet... Why did you kill Daisy?" he asked choking back the tears.
"She was in my way. Simple as that." she smiled and clapped her hands. She had on yet another elegant long dress, this time it was white. Imprinted silver flowers glittered across it.
"Well, is my little brother in your way? Are you going to kill him?" he asked backing closer to his brother.
"Depends" she folds her hands.
"On what?"
She smiles widely. "On you, if you come here or not. You will not die immediately, you will have some freedom. But only in my castle. Feel free to roam it as you please. But you must not leave it. Understand? When will you be coming?" she asked politely.
"When I know my brothers safety is insured and when you tell me where your castle is."
"I won't tell you where the castle is. When you awake, you will just know. You may bring with you, the person or people that will take Aaron home."
Nick opened his eyes. He looked at Brian. "I know where he is..." he whispered.
