Through the past weeks Nick was really friendly with me and was always making comments about my body and how good I looked, which I didn't believe. We went back to normal, but I still had less time to be with him because I had so many responsibilities in the house, I only had one day free in the week and it was every Friday.
One Friday morning I was about to leave to the zoo where I spent most of my free time, I love animals; and Nick saw me.
"Where are you going Karl?" he asked.
"It's my free day so I'm going to the zoo" I said.
"Mind if I join you?" he asked smiling. Actually I wanted to say no, but how could I resist to his smile.
"Not at all" and we left to the zoo.
We had a great time together; he was making me laugh like crazy. We talked and talked like forever. It was already 5:30 and I had to be back at the house at 6 so I asked Nick to drive back to his house.
"So, Karl, do you have a boyfriend?" he asked me.
"No" I answered back shocked for his question.
"You don't have a boyfriend!!!!" he almost yelled.
"Yeah, why are you so surprised?" I asked him.
"Because you are so beautiful and it seems really weird". He made me blush and he noticed it. We got to the house and when I was about to get in, he grabbed me by my waist and kissed me softly in the lips. That kiss lifted me up from my feet and to the moon.
"I had a great time today, Karl" he said and left to his room. I just stood there thinking in what just happened when I suddenly heard BJ.
"Karla, what are you doing there like some dummy. I'm starving. Go and make me a sandwich" she ordered.
"Yes BJ, right now" I said. I headed to my room and changed into the uniform and went to the kitchen to make that sandwich.
Minutes later
"Karla, you are so stupid, you made me a ham and cheese sandwich and I said peanut butter and jelly. I can't believe how there could be people so stupid like you" she said. "Now go, I'm starving". I left the room and made BJ her peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then I left to my room and started to cry until I fell asleep dreaming about the kiss that Nick and I shared. It was really special.
