'Angie, could you go get something from the store for me?' Ann asked.

'Sure mum.' Angela replied. 'I was going there anyway. What do you need?'

'Hey Angie.' Beverly said as she waved at her best friend.

'Oh hey Beverly.' Angela replied.

'I didn't know you where back?' Beverly said.

'You didn't...I've been home for a while.'

'Oh...well, I read your interview in "Rolling Stone", it was great.' Beverly said.

'Thank you. I hafta admit that I am kinda proud of it.' Angela admitted.

'You should. But ehm... the thing is... what was that about Nick Carter?' she asked.

'Nothing much. Just that she had heard a rumor 'bout me being involved or something with 'em.' Angela explained. 'Which obviously isn't true.'

'Obviously.' Beverly repeated. 'If it where true... I'd know about it, right?'

'Yes, you'd be the first.' Angela promised. 'Together with Jen of course.'

'Of course. Wanna go to the shop with me to get the latest copy of "Rolling Stone"?' Beverly asked.

'Sure. Haven't seen it yet, and I'm kinda curious what this weeks interview is about. I was actually on my way down town to get something for my mum.' Angela said.

'Okay cool.' Beverly said. 'Let's go.'

The girls talked about anything and everything while they walked into the bookstore to buy the latest copy of "Rolling Stone".

'Here it is!' Beverly shrieked and handed Angela a copy. 'Let's see who this weeks lucky bastard is.'

'Yeah...' Angela mumbled as she checked the front of the magazine. 'I should have known...'

'What?'

'Backstreet Boys, pages 14 till 19.' Angela sighed. 'Wanna bet for an ice cream that they mention me?'

'Sure.' Beverly said and started to read the interview.

Alex: Hello boys. It's very nice to have you here.

AJ: It's very nice to be back.

Alex: How r y'all doin'?

Brian: I'm doin' excellent. Happily married and very ehm... happy.

Kevin: Me too. The married part...and I guess the happy part as well. (smiles)

Howie: How am I? Hmmm, good question...

Alex: Does this mean you're not okay?

Howie: (smiles) Neh, I'm cool.

AJ: AJ's cool too.

Alex: He is?

AJ: Yeah, he is.

Alex: Aight. And you Nick? You're kinda quiet today.

Nick: I'm alright. (smiles lightly) And a bit tired I guess. We've just started our world tour, first show was a few hours ago... and I'm kinda tired... a bit.

Alex: I can imagine. So tell me something about the tour.

'It's all about the tour.' Beverly stated.

'Not all of it.' Angela said. 'Check the last few question...'

Howie: But it's been all good.

Alex: Cool. So Nick, I understand you've seen the last copy of "Rolling Stone"...

Nick: Yeah I have.

Alex: You probably also read the article with Angela Claiborne...

Nick: Yeah I did...

Alex: What did ya think of that?

Nick: About the article? It was cool. Interesting question and nice pictures.

Alex: Alright, let's cut through the chase...

AJ: The date thing... (sighs)

Kevin: The date thing... (smiles)

Brian: The date thing... (frowns)

Howie: Of course, the date thing... (turns around to look at Nick)

Alex: Yep, you've got it. The date thing...tell me what ya think of that?

Nick: (sighs, thinks about it and then looks up) What do you want me to say? Too bad? Or ehm... no problem... (sighs again) I'll just keep it to the usual... no comment.

Alex: Ah, come on man. Can't you say anything 'bout the date thing?

Nick: Neh, not really. I wanna think 'bout it some more, for I answer any other questions concerning me and Angela.

Alex: Can I come back when ya did figure it out?

Nick: Sure.

Alex: Deal. Okay, the next question is from a fan...

'No comment?! That all he got to say!' Beverly shrieked. Angela fell quiet as she closed the magazine.

'Ready?' she mumbled as she went over to the counter to pay.

'Aren't you mad?' Beverly asked.

'Why should I be mad? He's entitled to his own opinion and his own reaction.' Angela replied. 'I don't see why I should care about that.'

'You do have a point...' Beverly said and sarcastically added. 'It's only Nick Carter. No big deal.'

'Oh, and what's THAT supposed to mean?!' Angela snapped. 'I though you where my friend?'

'I am your friend... I just don't understand...' Beverly sighed.

'Let's just say... you don't know what happened so ya don't even know what you're talking about.'

'Alright, alright. Calm down. Let's just go home.' Beverly suggested. They paid for the magazines and went on their way home.

'You wanna come in for a drink, or do you have some other place to be?' Angela asked as they approached her house.

'I'll come in for a...hey, what are those guys doin' there?' Beverly wondered.

'What guys?' Angela asked.

'The ones sitting on your front porch.' Beverly replied and pointed at a group of 4 guys.

'What the f...?!' Angela mumbled as they came closer. One of the guys turned around and saw her.

'Hey guys, there she is.' He called. The others looked up and smiled brightly. Angela slowed down, fixed her cloths and walked up to them.

'Hey there.' A tall blond guy said.

'Hi, what can I do for you guys?' Angela asked.

'We where here to get an autograph and maybe even a hug...' he explained.

Angela smiled. 'Sure. But I don't have a pen or anything with me.' she said.

'I got one.' A dark guy said and handed her a marker.

'Alright. What do you want me to sign?' she asked as she removed the cap.

'This right here.' The blond guy said and handed her a poster... of herself.

'I didn't know there where posters with my face on it...' she smirked. 'What's your name?'

'I'm Jordan.' He said and smiled. Angela placed the poster on the porch table and signed it: To Jordan, with love. Angela.

'That's so cool. Thank you.' Jordan said and added. 'Can I like ehm... give you a hug or something?'

'Sure.' Angela said and gave him a big hug.

'Thanks a lot.' Jordan said and smiled brightly.

'Could you sign this too?' another guy asked. 'I'm Leroy.'

'And this as well? My name is Barry.' The dark guy said.

'I'll sign anything. Just give a minute.' Angela promised and signed anything and everything they gave her.

'That's the last one.' Jason said as he handed her a copy of "Rolling Stone" which had her face on the cover.

'Alright.' Angela said and signed her name with big curly letters. 'Here ya go.'

'Thank you very much.' Jason smiled.

'Well, it's been really great meeting y'all but I gotta go now.' Angela said as she got up.

'Ok, then we'll no longer hold you here.' Leroy said, took his last picture and with that they left. Angela walked into the house and sat down on the floor against the door.

'This did not just happen?!' she shrieked.

'Well yeah... it kinda did just happen.' Beverly smirked.

'This was the first time anyone asked me for an autograph! This is so cool! A memorable day.'

'Memorable day?' a voice asked.

'Oh hey Jamie.' Angela said.

'Angie just signed her very first autograph.' Beverly said.

'Cool.' Jamie said and smiled.

'Yeah, it sure was.' Angela mumbled as she got up from the floor to get a drink in the kitchen.

'Wait up Angie!' Beverly cried.

Why would anyone want my sisters autograph?! Jamie thought. I dunno... oh well, who cares anyway?!
