Is it possible for two people to be so in tune, but never know it? For years ancient people have been fascinated with the concept of soul mates and soul twins... In the late 14 hundreds an English professor sat in his small cabin room. He sat at a desk writing a letter to his colleague Eric Harping. The professor was Donald Fisher, but the names in this small introduction are not important, but what is important is what was said in the letter written from Donald to Eric.

Donald was only twenty-four years old at the time his dreams had occurred, They went on until his death at seventy eight. The dreams were bizarre yet detailed with information.

At twenty-nine years old Donald married a woman named Gabriela. Gabriela urged Donald to write his dreams inside of a small notebook for later years.

Jumping ahead in this introduction we are now at the part in the story where Donald is seventy-eight and on his deathbed. He motions for his notebook, a pen and a piece of paper. Donald writes an urgent note to his youngest Grandson Lawrence. The letter read:

Lawrence, You are the youngest of our generation. To you I grant the privilege of science. I give you my dream notebook. Inside is the detailed description of a type of human's gene cells. Do not let the notebook leave this family. When the millennium, if there is such a thing, comes it will be very important and useful to the professors after us. Forever Grandfather Donald Fisher.

Only moments after handing over the letter and the notebook to his fourteen-year-old grandson, Donald passed away.

Years later... Much, much later...

Steven looked through the attic with his sister Jane, they rummaged through the piles of old forgotten stuff, some maybe even hundreds of years old.

Jane picked up a dusty old notebook of their father's. Her father had once told her and her three brothers about the book, but she had forgotten.

The notebook had a flap of leather holding the loose papers inside with a leather strap. She tucked it into her overalls pocket and snuck out before Steven noticed.

She slipped inside the silence of her room and pulled out the book. She studied it with fascination before untying the hard strap. The first page was covered in faded scribbled names. She decoded only a few, Ryan, and Nickolas. She turned the page with gentle ease. Only to find drawing of something she couldn't see, the next page was a faded note about the human genes, she closed the book, there was nothing that was use to her. She was only twelve and didn't care about the human genes, she heard Steven coming down the stairs and Jane shoved the book inside of her desk to run outside.

Again jumping forward in the introduction story.

Jane sat by the wall over looking the beach. " Riley have decided if your marrying marshall yet?" Jane asked her best friend. It was January and the two were on an evening stroll while Jane's husband Bob and Riley's boyfriend Marshall sat watching football. Jane was nine months pregnant and waiting patiently for the arrival of her newborn baby. " I think I am. Actually yes I am, and I better tell him I'm three months pregnant, its kind of getting obvious isn't it?" Riley laughed.

Moving ahead...

Jane's baby was born on January 28th 1980. Jane and Bob sat in the hospital holding the un-named child. " Well he is having your middle name we know that much.' Jane whispered looking into the little boy's crystal blue eyes. " How about Christopher?" Jane suggested.

" Christopher Carter? No I don't like it, How about Joshua?"

Jane thought, and searched her mind for the perfect answer. Her memories took her back to the old notebook she had in her attic. " Nickolas Gene Carter, spelled with a 'K', that will be his name."

The baby wiggled and smiled in her arms. Nickolas Gene Carter weighed eight pounds three ounces and was born at 8:01 p.m.

Six months later on July 28th 1980, Jane, Bob and their son Nick sat in the hospital waiting room for Jane's friend Riley. A doctor came out to the family and Marshall who sat next to them. " Marshall Hansen?"

Marshall stood up and looked at Jane and her baby with a smile. " Your daughter was born at 8:01 p.m. and weighed eight pounds three ounces."

The family went in behind Marshall to see Riley and the new little girl.

" Any suggestions for names?" Riley laughed as they entered.

Jane thought back to the notebook yet again. " Ryan Marie..." She whispered.

" Ryan Marie Hansen, I love it thanks Jane."

Jane stopped to think for a moment, their children were born exactly six months apart. Both born at 8:01 p.m. on the 28th, and both weighed the same, and both got their names from an old forgotten notebook.
