“AJ, I know this isn’t right!” I yelled, looking down the winding dark, road.
“No, no…this has to be right. Howie said to take a left right back there, right?” he asked pulling into someone’s driveway to turn around.
“Uh…I dunno. Didn’t you write down the directions?!” I asked him.
“No, I thought I could remember…” he said, full of regret.”
“Yeah, well apparently you couldn’t!” I snapped.
“Kel, don’t be upset. Help me find the church,” he pleaded.
I glanced over at my boyfriend. His forehead was wrinkled with frustration and he nervously ran his fingers through his jet black hair.
I leaned over and took his hand into mine.
“Just relax…we’ll find it. Actually, I think you were right. Just keep going down this road. We’ll find it,” I reassured, full of determination.
“You think so, huh?” he asked almost with a laugh.
“Yeah, I do. Besides, if we’re gonna be lost, I want to be lost with you!” I smiled.
He leaned over and gave me a kiss and then deepened it.
“Alright, ya ready to roll?” he asked turning up the music and speeding down the road.

“Aww…this is so exciting!” I squealed with delight as Nick and I walked into the chruch to see almost everyone there.
“Yeah, it is,” Nick responded, a lot less thrilled than I was.
Things ahd been a bit weird between the two of us ever since yesterday when we saw BJ and Jared together.
“Gail, we really need to talk soon,” Nick said staring down at me with his sparkling blue eyes.
“Gail!!!” Theresa screammed, running up and throwing her arms around my neck. “I’m so glad you’re here!” her voice waivered with excitement.
“We’ll talk later Nick…” I called as Theresa led me away from him. I looked back and saw Nick standing there staring over at Brian and Claudi who were quietly whispering sweet little nothings into each others ear. Nick looked like he was a thousand miles away and I knew it was all my fault for not telling him about Jared.

Brian and I were sitting in the church pew just holding hands and talking. He lifted his hand to my ear and gently brushed back a piece of hair that had fallen into my eyes.
“Guys, have you seen Bone?” Howie called out to everyone exasperated.
“No, we haven’t. I bet he’s lost!” Brian started to laugh.
“We have arrived!” AJ yelled, throwing open the door, and making his way down the aisle, hand in hand with Kelly.
“Finally! Geez, man! Where ya been?” Brian teased.
“AJ got us lost!” Kelly blurted out before he could speak. She leaned over and nudged AJ’s arm and smiled.
“Okay, okay. Glad you guys made it, but come on…we all need to try on outfits and practice the ceremony,” Howie called as Theresa walked over and wrapped her arms across his chest and around his neck from behind. They giggled and kissed until finally we all went to our respective dressing rooms.

“Alright ladies! Here are the dresses!” Theresa said in a sing-song voice, bringing out four brides-maids dresses.
“Theresa, they’re beautiful!” I exclaimed, my green eyes glistening.
“I know, aren’t they though?! Go on try them on. I’m gonna go into the other room to get my wedding gown fitted. Be right back!” she said, leaving the room.
We each took a dress and slipped it on. They were a dark periwinkle shade with little diamonds embroidered around the top. The dresses were completely strapless and were all silk. A slit was cut in the back for us to be able to walk.
We all looked in the mirror-lined walls at our reflection. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t wait for Kevin to see me in mine….

“Alright, are you guys ready to see my wedding dress??” I called from behind the dressing screen.
My four best friends all said, “Yeah!” in unison.
“Okay…” I said, stepping out from the screen.
They all gasped with awe causing the room to become silent.
“Alright you guys, say something!! I’m worried now!” I laughed nervously.
“I can’t. Honestly, you look so pretty. I’m just speechless,” Gail said, smiling.
“Yeah, I mean…wow! Howie’s gonna faint!” Claudi joked.
We all laughed and I adjusted my veil, so that it was just perfect. The veil was made like a crown and had diamonds and pearls the whole way around. My dress was virgin white, naturally. It was sheer around my neck and arms. There were also diamonds and pearls within the sheer part of my dress. The rest was cut right above my chest area and was a silky material. It gathered at my hip in three places. The train had pearls and diamonds all over it. The train was so long that it twisted around my ankles whenever I turned around and it stretched all the way across the room. I of course I had white satin shoes to go with my dress.
“I can’t wait until Howie sees me!!!” I screamed with delight.
“Oh I know! He’s gonna love it!” Kelly commented.
“Yeah! Oh by the way, you guys all look great, too! The dresses fit you all perfectly!” I complimented them all.
They all thanked me and then we all went to change so that we could get on with the rest of the rehearsal.
