AJ picked me up at my house around 8 because it took nearly an hour to get to the airport. When we got there, we met up with everyone else. The guys were dressed in shades and baseball caps so as not to attract attention from fans. We arrived a bit early and the flight was slightly delayed, so we decided to look around at the gift shops.
“Hey, let’s go in there, hon,” I said, dragging AJ along by his hand.
“Sure sweet thang,” he grinned.
We walked in and I saw a magazine I wanted to buy to keep my occupied on the plane. AJ went to pay for it and the cashier gave him a funny look of recognition, so we quickly rushed out.
“Flight 108 is now ready for departure! Flight 108 is now ready for departure!” a voice boomed over the intercom. We all boarded the plane and took our respective seats by our boyfriends in first class.
“AJ, I can’t fasten my seat belt,” I pouted.
“Come here, baby. Lemme do it,” he offered reaching his arms across my waist. He paused and I looked deep into his brown eyes. He smiled and leaned over to kiss me. We were so intoxicated by the kiss that we didn’t realize the flight attendant was there.
“Excuse me, Mr. McLean?? Sir?” the tall red head interrupted.
AJ broke off the kiss and slowly turned to greet her. She laughed nervously and apologized for the interruption.
“Do you and your um…uh, would you two care for anything to drink?” she finally blurted out.
“Yeah, I’ll have a Coke please. You want anything baby?” AJ asked me.
“No, I’m fine. I’ll just have a sip of yours.”
“Oh you will, huh? Says who??” AJ joked.
“I did! Isn’t that enough?” I teased.
The attendant left and brough a Coke back in less than a minute.
“Gimme some,” I demanded, reaching over for the Coke.
“No way! Get your own!” AJ said, pulling the drink away.
“AJ!” I yelled and then started to pout,”I thought you loved me…”
He rolled his eyes and passed over the drink. We were already in the air, so I decided to start reading my magazine, since AJ was busy writing lyrics.

“Nickolas Gene Carter calm down! You’re gonna be fine!” I yelled to Nick, who was panick stricken in the seat beside me with the plane off the ground.
“No I’m not! I hate planes! This is awful! Why couldn’t we have just went on a cruise??” he whined.
I rolled my eyes and explained, “Nick, for the hundreth time…we couldn’t go on a cruise because we don’t have that much time! Get over it, you’re gonna be fine.”
“If you say so….” he trailed off, glancing out the window watching the clouds pass by. “Hey I wonder if “Aliens” is an onboard movie!” Nick suddenly cheered up.
“Ugh! I hope not! We’ve seen that movie how many times now??” I said with disgust.
“Excuse me, miss…could you please play “Aliens” for me?” Nick caught the flight attendant.
She hesitated a bit and I saw him flash her one of his million-dollar smiles and she quickly put it on.
“What was that?!” I said, slapping him across the chest.
“Ouch!” he exclaimed rubbing his chest. “What was what?” he asked innocently.
“Smiling at that attendant. I saw you flirting with her…” I said, crossing my arms. “You thought she was pretty, didn’t you??” I accused.
“Honestly, Gail, I hadn’t noticed. I was just silently praying that she would play the movie,” Nick argued with me.
“Alright, fine,” I said, turning to look out the window.
“Honey, please don’t be upset. I swear there’s no other girl I want besides you! You’re the one I love!” he confessed, playing with a strand of my dark brown hair. I couldn’t resist. I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him deeply.

Brian and I were sitting there listening to our Discmans. I was listening to Brandy’s newest song “Have You Ever?” Brian had the window seat, so I leaned across the seats to see out.
“Wanna trade seats?” he offered.
I silently shook my head no as I continued to look out the window. My hand slipped off of the arm rest and I toppled onto his lap.
“Hey, you okay?” Brian asked, cradling my head in his arms.
“Yeah, yeah I’m fine, but I broke my charm bracelet,” I frowned.
“Let me see it,” he said taking it out of my hand and examining it. I carefully sat back up in my seat and fastened my belt again.
“My daddy gave that to me for my 16th birthdy,” I said to Brian who was working intently to repair it.
“Aw, don’t worry, we’ll get it fixed. I promise,” he reassured, combing his fingers through my long brown hair.

“Please fasten your safety belts. We will be landing shortly,” the pilot announced. I looked over at Kevin a bit worried and grasped his hand firmly. I had always been afraid of planes. He squeezed my hand in his to let me know that he understood.
“Ahhh!!! Nick, let go! That hurts!” Gail yelled from behind us. We turned to see what was going on and saw Nick squeezing Gail’s hand and leaning his head in her lap. All of us were laughing and by the time we got Nick calm, the plane had landed.
“That wasn’t bad was it?” Kevin asked me as we walked down the airplane terminal. I shook my head no and wrapped my arms around him.
“You know, I betcha they don’t even know who we are here,” AJ commented.
“Yeah, they’ve probably never even heard our music!” Nick added.
We walked into the baggage claim and as we were grabbing our luggage, we heard:
“But my love is all I have to give. Without you I don’t think I can live. I wish I could give the world to you, but love is all I have to give.”
“Well, I guess maybe they have heard our music,” Nick said, feeling a bit stupid. We quickly gathered our stuff and headed for the awaiting limo. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Theresa*
“This is nice!” I said, bouncing up and down a bit on the white leather seats of the limo.
“Yeah, this is a phat limo!” Nick exclaimed, playing with the TV. “Yeah! Look what’s on guys…” Nick exclaimed joyfully.
“No!!! Not “Aliens”…,” we all moaned in unison.
“Alright, alright…geez. I’ll turn on the stereo,” Nick opted, turning off the TV.
“Have you been in a limo before?” Howie asked me.
“No, I haven’t. This is really nice,” I said, looking around amazed.
“We hardly ride anything but limos!” Howie told me, as Nick danced around behind him to “Getting Jiggy Wit It”. I started laughing at him. That boy was crazy!
“Are ya hungry or anything?” Howie asked me.
“Yeah actually I am,” pondering the though. “The plane food wasn’t the best…”
“Aight, yo Bone! Grab some food over there!” Howie yelled to AJ who was practically making out with Kelly in a corner of the limo. He apparently didn’t hear Howie.
“Bone! AJ!!!” he yelled again.
“Um, baby. D is calling for ya,” Kelly said sitting back, blushing slightly.
“Oh yeah! Sorry man! What’s up?” AJ said turning around, rubbing his goatee.
“Will you grab Theresa something to eat? Just toss it over here,” Howie said.
AJ rummaged through the food cabinet and threw a Snickers over to me and then refocused his attention on Kelly.
“Thanks!” I called.
“No problem!” AJ said back.
“So are you excited about being here??” Howie asked with anticipation.
I had just taken a bite out of my Snickers and mumbled something.
“Huh?” he asked confused.
I laughed and repeated, “I said, yes, I’m very glad that I get to spend some time alone with you!”
“Me too,” he smiled kissing me on the cheek.
I finished my candy bar just as we arrived at the Hilton.
