APPLE TART

**CRUST**
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
**FILLING**
3 large granny smith apple -- thickly sliced
1/2 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups nonfat yogurt
1 cup halved grapes


TO MAKE THE CRUST: In med bowl, combine oats, apple juice concentrate and
cinnamon. Press into 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 deg for 5 min. TO MAKE
FILLING:
In 3qt saucepan, combine apples, 1/4 c. of apple juice
concentrate, almond extract and cinnamon. Simmer just til apples are
tender, about 10 min. Drain and let cool. In small saucepan place
remaining 1/4 c. apple juice concentrate. Sprinkle with gelatin. Let
stand 5 min, or til gelatin is softened. Cook over low
heat til gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the honey. In a
small bowl whisk the yogurt til smooth. Add to the gelatin mix. Pour into
the crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place the apples and grapes over the
filling in a decorative pattern.
