Bacon Blue Cheese Burgers

1 tomato
4 leaves green lettuce
4 Kaiser rolls
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp. Onion flakes


1. Preheat 2 sided tabletop grill.
2. Was and trim ends off tomato. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Was and sepaate
4 lettuce leaves; set aside.
3. Slice Kaiser rolls in half; set aside.
4. Place in mixing bowl; ground beef, bacon, blue cheese, steak seasoning
and onions.
5. Gently fold ingredients together. Form into 4 equal patties.
6. Place patties on grill; close lid and grill for 5-6 minutes. Was hands.
(If using regular grill, double cooking time, turning once.)
7. Assemble burgers, add your favorite toppings and serve.
