BANANA CREME CREPES

Yield: 6 Servings
4 Bananas (divided use)
1 8oz container cream caramel
Flavored yogurt
1/2 c Whipped cream or frozen
Non-dairy whipped topping, Thawed, plus additional for
garnish
6 Ready-made crepes
Maple or chocolate syrup
Place 2 bananas in a food processor or blender, and blend until
smooth. Add yogurt; blend. Stir in whipped topping.
Slice remaining bananas into coins. Set aside, 12 slices for topping.
Place crepe on each serving plate: divide yogurt mixture over each
crepe. Divide remaining banana slices and whipped cream or topping.
Drizzle syrup over each crepe.
