Brownie Delight

1 package brownie mix -- 13 x 9" pan size
11 ounces cream cheese -- (one 8oz & 1 3oz)
2 cups confectioner's sugar
16 ounce carton Cool Whip® -- divided
2 cups cold milk
3 7/8 ounces chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Prepare and bake brownies. Cool Completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream
cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over
brownies. In another bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix; beat until
smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes;spread over the cream cheese layer.
Spread with remaining Cool whip; sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until
serving.
